With over 25 years of ministry, teaching, mentoring, public speaking, and workshop facilitation experience, Doug creatively and thoughtfully combines his spiritual and business backgrounds. He believes in a way of life that is beyond the limitations of the traditional “9 to 5”.

Born and raised in Alberta, Canada, the highlight of Doug’s journey was to welcome his beautiful wife, Stéphanie, into his life. Today, alongside his own purpose to inspire leaders in the corporate world, Doug, as a proud husband, does his best to support Stéphanie's mission in many ways: first and foremost with his Love and direction, but also emotionally and financially.
